[aur-requests] [PRQ#20100] Merge Request for uml_utilities

Depau [1] filed a request to merge uml_utilities [2] into
uml_utilities-fixed [3]:

Package hasn't been fixed in years and a fixed package exists. Ideally
the maintainer of the `-fixed` package will want to rename it back to
`uml_utilities` after this one is removed.
