[aur-requests] [PRQ#20355] Deletion Request for noisetorch Accepted

Request #20355 has been accepted by eschwartz [1]:

Installing software to $HOME is completely forbidden in the strongest
possible terms, and for this reason alone it's completely unacceptable
to have this package in the AUR while that is true.

DO NOT DO THIS.

Do not upload the package if you know it is broken. The person/people
who you wished to pass it over to, can upload it themselves.
