The current maintainer adopted the package, then never modified it in
any way. It's been flagged out of date for 3+ months without any
attempt to respond or demonstrate the act of maintaining the package.

I deem that ljmf00 does not have a valid claim to be the current
maintainer of this package. Therefore I am accepting this request
early.
