[aur-requests] [PRQ#20178] Deletion Request for mop

In that timeframe, the author changed. The new author doesn't use git tags, nor github releases. I didn't bother asking for the author to change their habits and begin creating releases as there's a `mop-git` package on the AUR for users who want to use the program in question.
