[aur-requests] [PRQ#20603] Orphan Request for google-java-format

jianglai [1] filed an orphan request for google-java-format [2]:

I mailed the patch to the maintainer about two months ago to upgrade
to v1.8 but the package is still not upgraded. I think the maintainer
is MIA. I am happy to be the new maintainer if need be.
