[aur-requests] [PRQ#19614] Deletion Request for hcc

acxz [1] filed a deletion request for hcc [2]:

hcc has been deprecated by upstream and as such the rocm-arch
(https://github.com/rocm-arch) is dropping support for it. We would
like to have hcc deleted so as not to confuse rocm end users on Arch.
