[aur-requests] [PRQ#19616] Deletion Request for hip-hcc

acxz [1] filed a deletion request for hip-hcc [2]:

hip-hcc has been deprecated by upstream and as such the rocm-arch
(https://github.com/rocm-arch) is dropping support for it. We would
like to have hip-hcc deleted so as not to confuse rocm end users on
Arch.
