With its new release 3.5.0, ROCm deprecates hcc, the LLVM-based
backend for this package. Instead it uses  a different LLVM-based
compiler (llvm-amdgpu, already present in the AUR) and the recently
published library ROCclr which will soon be pushed to the AUR, see the
PR on github:
