Request #19827 has been accepted by eschwartz [1]:

Accepting immediately. The current "maintainer" adopted this package
and did nothing except to break the pkgver (it is now invalid, this
change should be reverted with 'git revert').

Hence Erik Dubois does not deserve to be the package maintainer.
