eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for dolphin-root-git [2]:

Numerous severe violations of the packaging guidelines and rules of
submission. Recent updates have even switched a "git" package to
download a static tarball.

This package was already deleted once, but somehow got re-uploaded.
