[aur-requests] [PRQ#18203] Merge Request for qt4pas-git

diabonas [1] filed a request to merge qt4pas-git [2] into qt4pas [3]:

This is a duplicate of qt4pas, the only difference is the update
source location (and I don't even understand why that would be
necessary, the URL given in qt4pas works fine for me). It is not a VCS
package at all since it downloads a fixed release tarball, so the -git
suffix is wrong. Please don't ever "fork" packages just to update
them!
