[aur-requests] [PRQ#18262] Deletion Request for plasma Rejected

Request #18262 has been rejected by diabonas [1]:

The rename is a good idea, but please recreate the package under the
new name first, then file a merge request to merge "plasma" into
"libplasma". This transfers votes and comments from the old to the new
package and gives a better history of what happened to the package.
