[aur-requests] [PRQ#18223] Merge Request for tsmuxer-ng-bin Accepted

Request #18223 has been accepted by diabonas [1]:

The last release of the closed source version of this software is from
2013. Since the open source project is an official continuation based
on the same sources, I see no reason to keep the outdated binary
package.

Merging into tsmuxer-git instead of tsmuxer due to PRQ#18271
