acxz [1] filed an orphan request for rocm-clang-ocl [2]:

This package has been flagged recently, but it has been out of date
for a while. Now that the Arch community is coming together to get the
AMD ROCm stack working (https://github.com/rocm-arch/rocm-arch) we
would like to adopt and update this package.
