[aur-requests] [PRQ#18377] Orphan Request for python-sanic

wangqr [1] filed an orphan request for python-sanic [2]:

This package is not updated for years and falling behind upstream
release (0.7.0 -> 19.12.2). It is not working either (any request will
cause AttributeError).
It has been marked out of date for more than a year, and also
mentioned in comment area that there is upstream release.
