bbaserdem [1] filed an orphan request for zsh-zim-git [2]:

The maintainer expressed specifically that they will not maintain this
package; but are actively keeping the package from being updated. ("

Since the upstream doesn't like zimfw getting packaged for global
installation, and porting seems to be harder with the latest template
changes, I'm going to stop maintaining this package. Contributions are
still welcome.
")

Also they are unresponsive to packaging edits/discussions on github
with the developers;

In the talk on the package; you can see that the maintainer is
actively not accepting maintainers; and are not making any changes.
