Request #19142 has been accepted by eschwartz [1]:

Accepting this because the package has been repeatedly deleted. We are
not interested in how "legit" the binaries are. The AUR is not
intended to provide an index for PKGBUILDs that repackage the built
package originally created by another PKGBUILD.
