Request #19031 has been rejected by Alad [1]:

Sorry, but deepspeech-bin is the correct naming for a package that
contains binaries, yet can be compiled from source (see the deepspeech
package).

If you think deepspeech-bin was a direct copy and you should maintain
it instead, please either ask the new maintainer to be comaintainer,
or file an orphan request.
