young.acinonyx [1] filed a deletion request for plasma5-applets-
plasmaconfsaver [2]:

This applet does not work if installed system-wide, only if installed
inside the user's home directory, which renders this package useless.
According to the developer, this behavior is hardcoded, so there's
nothing I can do about it. Because of this, I ask you to remove the
package that I submitted to the AUR. More information:
