[aur-requests] [PRQ#19393] Orphan Request for sunflower-git Rejected

Request #19393 has been rejected by eschwartz [1]:

There is already an orphan request, plus it was flagged out of date in
the last 24 hours and no communication with the maintainer has
occurred outside that.

Don't submit duplicate orphan requests, please, since we're most
likely just going to reject them by definition as duplicate requests.
