[aur-requests] [PRQ#19491] Orphan Request for kubeseal-bin

Would have been happy to add other users to the maintainers list.
The more eyes on packages the better!

Seems like a hasty step has been taken to file an orphan request and
immediately disown the pkg a few hours later.

Please re-add my user to the maintainers list for this pkg.
