[aur-requests] [PRQ#22115] Orphan Request for rssguard-git

gbr [1] filed an orphan request for rssguard-git [2]:

Upstream renamed the project file from rssguard.pro to build.pro in
June 2019 [1], so this package haven't been building for more than a
year now.

If possible, I'd like to take ownership of this package.
