eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for scratux [2]:

PKGBUILD downloads some prebuilt pacman package to $SRCDEST, then does
nothing with it, but echoes some kind of disclaimer to stdout.

Since it's not actually a package, it doesn't belong in the AUR...
