[aur-requests] [PRQ#22450] Merge Request for theharvester-git

dkasak [1] filed a request to merge theharvester-git [2] into python-
theharvester-git [3]:

`python-theharvester-git` is the same project, except the package name
adds (the superfluous) `python-` prefix (given that this is just a
tool written in Python, the prefix is unnecessary).

Both projects need updates in order to work properly but neither of
the maintainers are responding (2+ months), so I'd like to request
merging this package into `theharvester-git`. I'll also file a
separate request to orphan `theharvester-git`.
