[aur-requests] [PRQ#21628] Deletion Request for eclipse

aks [1] filed a deletion request for eclipse [2]:

The current pkgbuild downloads all of the packages (instead of one).
So, the loop should break after the required package is downloaded.
Secondly, Java 11 should be the minimum requirement.
