[aur-requests] [PRQ#21812] Deletion Request for lib32-libsystemd.so

eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libsystemd.so [2]:

packages must not download official repo packages, untar them, and
repackage some of the files just to avoid installing one or two of
them. Packages disappear over time, source code doesn't.

The confusing name doesn't indicate this is eudev specific.
