[aur-requests] [PRQ#21879] Deletion Request for libdnf_fixed

caltlgin [1] filed a deletion request for libdnf_fixed [2]:

*-fixed PKGBUILDs are not aloud on the AUR. If they were we would end
up with thousands of *-fixed packages. Instead communicate with the
libdnf maintainer.
