morgenstern [1] filed an orphan request for cherrytree [2]:

The primary maintainer has not responded to any of my communications
recently, and has not been active in pushing updates to this package.
Additionally, I re-wrote the entire PKGBUILD to handle the upstream
re-write to C++/GTK+.
