caltlgin [1] filed a request to merge cog-wpe-gl [2] into cog-wpe-bin

The last packager created a separate PKGBUILD for each architecture.
After much commentary he disowned all the old packages rather than
creating merge requests. Hence; I am now doing a clean-up.
