[aur-requests] [PRQ#21957] Merge Request for wpewebkit-gl-armv7l

caltlgin [1] filed a request to merge wpewebkit-gl-armv7l [2] into
wpewebkit-bin [3]:

The last packager created a separate PKGBUILD for each architecture.
After much commentary he disowned all the old packages rather than
creating merge requests. Hence; I am now doing a clean-up.
