[aur-requests] [PRQ#22003] Orphan Request for chkservice

caltlgin [1] filed an orphan request for chkservice [2]:

As all of the comments have noted the maintainer needed to rename this
PKBUILD to a -git PKGBUILD or use fixed releases. Neither of which
they have done. Add to that the git clone used in the build()
function.
