[aur-requests] [PRQ#21421] Deletion Request for genie-systemd

sorah [1] filed a deletion request for genie-systemd [2]:

Per subsystemd package is deleted due to "WSL-exclusive packages are
subject for deletion", this package is also considered subject for
deletion.

(I was a uploader of subsystemd package and asked about a discussion
of this decision about this policy but had no response yet.)
