[aur-requests] [PRQ#21493] Orphan Request for libresprite

alexandria [1] filed an orphan request for libresprite [2]:

I'd like to take control of this unmaintained package so that I can
apply branding fixes to the .desktop, merge changes into the PKGBUILD
suggested in 2019 by a commenter, and anything else needed to get this
package in ship shape! ^_^
