dunrix [1] filed a deletion request for gem2arch [2]:

Not only this package is unmantained (last commit from 2014
https://github.com/anatol/gem2arch/commits/master) but first of all

**has dangerous behaviour**, because by default it creates git commits
and effectively *overwrites* all unstaged changes esp. when run from a
directory without
 local git repo and falls back to first parent one. Good luck with
detection of this misbehaviour and recovering from stash history.

I'd suggest remove this crap from AUR completely.
