dreieck [1] filed a deletion request for xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin-
button [2]:

`$url` is dead.

There seems no content in the package except a conflict with
`xfce4-session` and a note printed in `post_install()` saying to
manually edit `/etc/xdg/xfce4/whiskermenu`.
