[aur-requests] [PRQ#27387] Orphan Request for hwpviewer Rejected

Request #27387 has been rejected by alerque [1]:

I agree this should be named `-bin` (technically optional under
current guidelines but still not a bad idea to correctly set
expectations), but an orphan request isn't the right way to go about
it. A correct package should be setup with proper provides, then this
one can be merged into it to bring over votes and comments.
