[aur-requests] [PRQ#27747] Merge Request for kafkacat

dharrigan [1] filed a request to merge kafkacat [2] into kcat-cli [3]:

Hi,

The software utility kafkacat has been renamed to kcat (due to naming
licensing issus with the Apache Software Foundation - details here:
https://github.com/edenhill/kcat/releases/tag/1.7.0).

I've created a new package called `kcat-cli` that carries the project
onwards (there's an already existing package called kcat which
installs software for HAM radio users, so nothing to do with that).

Please can you merge this package, `kafkacat`, into `kcat-cli`
