FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for webkit2gtk-mse [2]:

Orphan, last update on 2018-08-12, the only pkgbuild that depends on
this never worked and the option to indicated that MSE is enabled
(--webkitgtk-supports-mse) no longer exist
