[aur-requests] [PRQ#30280] Merge Request for dibbler Rejected

Request #30280 has been rejected by ainola [1]:

It's better to file a deletion request; Even better is to poke the
upstream maintainer to release another version. I know the maintainer
has "concluded" the software but perhaps they'd be up for a final
release if the current release really is broken.
