[aur-requests] [PRQ#30586] Deletion Request for btcpayserver

Spixmaster [1] filed a deletion request for btcpayserver [2]:

This package does not work, is broken since the beginning and the
maintainer does not respond to the out of date alert. I maintain the
-git version of this package and I would like to take this over once
it is deleted.
