[aur-requests] [PRQ#30980] Merge Request for xsnow

AlphaJack [1] filed a request to merge xsnow [2] into xsnow-legacy
[3]:

The original package was last updated 20 years ago and doesn't work
anymore with modern DEs. If we really want to keep it, I suggest to
rename it to legacy and replace the xsnow package with a modern remake
that has been developed since 2019:
