[aur-requests] [PRQ#31057] Deletion Request for gnutls-next

yan12125 [1] filed a deletion request for gnutls-next [2]:

I created this package in 2018 as at that time, core/gnutls targeted
the stable branch [1] (3.5.x at that time [1,2]), and I wanted
features from 3.6.x branch. Now core/gnutls targets the next branch
(3.7.x [3,4]), so this package is no longer necessary.
