[aur-requests] [PRQ#31143] Deletion Request for simg-tools

dujemiha [1] filed a deletion request for simg-tools [2]:

This package provides the executables simg2img, img2simg and
append2simg which are already provided by android-tools (which also
provides some other tools, such as adb and fastboot), which makes the
existence of this package pointless and also causes a "conflicting
files" error when trying to install on a system with android-tools
already installed.
