sharkwouter [1] filed a deletion request for libretro-ppsspp-gameros

This package was a copy of the libretro-ppsspp package with the
addition of including the assets required to use it. This was required
for the GamerOS operating system. This addition has since been
included into the libretro-ppsspp package, making this AUR entry
obsolete. GamerOS now uses the libretro-ppsspp package directly.
