[aur-requests] [PRQ#23557] Deletion Request for felinks

Maybe this package isnt't needed anymore ?
It was only needed because the official Archlinux was still using an
obsolete abandoned upstream source.

I'v notice that in December 2020, the official Archlinux elinks
package, h

has made some updates to their build

So the Arch packagers finally changed the source.
They are now also pulling from github.com/rkd77/felinks
And got rid of that long abandoned htps://repo.or.cz/
And the package name and executable keep the name 'elinks'.
