[aur-requests] [PRQ#23587] Deletion Request for ino Accepted

After some deliberation I think the requester is correct: A number of
smaller issues build a case for removing this:

* Only one update to the PKGBUILD since the aur4 migration. This isn't
really a big deal but contributes to the feeling of it being
unmaintained
* All votes are from ~2015
* Popularity is 0
* Orphaned
* Python2
* Upstream is dead, and forks are *also* dead.

Further, there is https://platformio.org/install/cli which appears to
be a maintained, suitable replacement.
