xcuipir [1] filed a deletion request for python-ephem [2]:

This package duplicates https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/python-
ephem/
Unfortunately uploaded a duplicate for use as a dependency by the
WeeWX AUR (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/weewx/). I've fixed the
dependencies there, so can be safely deleted.
