[aur-requests] [PRQ#23173] Deletion Request for linuxqq

shadowrz [1] filed a deletion request for linuxqq [2]:

linuxqq called open(2) on dotfiles with O_NOATIME, which is harmful
since user will not know about this until using strace(1), and it's
unknown that read(2) was also called.
