[aur-requests] [PRQ#23272] Orphan Request for jrnl-git

esrh [1] filed an orphan request for jrnl-git [2]:

This package needs maintainer action to fix dependencies in order to
allow it to build with the latest python version. This works with the
upstream. The upstream url has also changed recently.

The maintainer hasn't been active since 2019. I can't find anywhere to
contact the person. I'm willing to maintain this package myself; I am
already a contributor to the upstream project.
