[aur-requests] [PRQ#23292] Merge Request for mkdocs-material

AlphaJack [1] filed a request to merge mkdocs-material [2] into
python-mkdocs-material [3]:

Package has been flagged as outdated for more than a month, plus it
has a dependency that one needs to install manually. I repackaged the
latest version adding that dependency and keeping original
contributors names
